"This is the only repair shop that my wife and I use. We have been going to this repair shop for years and that is because while other shops in the area add on to the repairs you request or need or in one case do a unnecessary repairs to raise the value of their ticket, Jim and the crew have on more than one occasion mitigated the cost of the repair by providing less expensive alternatives prior to doing any more expensive repairs. Even if ultimately higher cost of repairs are necessary as they sometimes are in older cars, this way of doing business has saved us hundreds of dollars!"
