"I am not even completely done with the service, and feel compelled to leave a 5-star review for Jim and his staff. If I could leave 100 stars I would. I am dealing with a terrible situation with Mazda and Jim has stuck by me the entire way, problem-solved with me and gone above and beyond, even before he has done any work to be compensated for. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car in Asheville. You are treated like family here in every way."
